At Pigeon's Roller Skate Shop, we want you to love your ride. If your skates or gear aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in brand-new condition, free of scuffs or outdoor wear, and include all original tags and packaging.

  Request a Label

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to generate a prepaid shipping label for your return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items back in their original manufacturer box, then place that box inside a separate shipping container to avoid damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
