How do I know what size roller skates to order?
Roller skate sizing varies by brand and often differs from standard shoe sizes. We recommend measuring your foot in centimeters and consulting the specific size chart on each product page to ensure a snug, secure fit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Pigeon's Roller Skate Shop ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your gear.
What is your return policy for skates?
We accept returns on unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that skates showing any signs of outdoor use or wheel wear cannot be returned.
Should I buy indoor or outdoor wheels?
It depends on where you plan to skate. Outdoor wheels are softer (78A durometer) to absorb shocks from cracks and debris, while indoor wheels are harder for better glide and speed on smooth rink floors.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard domestic orders typically process within 1-3 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our shop.
